All booths for this event will be located indoors in the Pre-Function space of the Colorado Convention Center (see pictures below). Trellis will be sending all exhibitors the expo floor plan to choose their booth location in March. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to secure yours on time. Please note that we will not request booth location changes from other sponsors.
*Disclaimer: For inline booths, the back half of your booth can be up to 8ft tall, but the front half (near the aisle) should be 4ft or shorter so you're not blocking other exhibitors.
Trellis provides the following booth items at no additional charge. Please see the Extra Booth Materials section below for extra items your team can purchase to make your booth unique and stand out from the crowd.
Furniture + logo sign
Each booth will include a bar table (3ft Wx3.5ft H), one bar stool, and a simple placard featuring your company logo affixed to the front of the table (pictured below). If you do not need the furniture or the sign, please inform your Customer Success Manager so we can save resources.
Pipe and drape
Only booths that are back to back on the floorplan will have pipe and drape at the back. Booths that are only next to another booth on the left or right side (not the back) will NOT have pipe and drape (either at the back or the side).
Power
A 500 watt outlet with one power strip (containing 6 power plugs) will be provided at the back of each booth, see the Extra Booth Materials section below for options on purchasing extra power if needed.
WiFi
Trellis will have our own WiFi network available to connect to at the event free of charge. If your booth display depends on fast and reliable internet, however, we recommend purchasing an ethernet cord or your own wireless network. See the Extra Booth Materials section below for more details.
Security
A security guard will be posted in the expo areas from April 28 - May 1 after event hours (7 PM - 7:30 AM).

Please see this Order Form for more information and to sign-up. There is no deadline to order. Directions on how to use LeadCapture once purchased can be found here.
Note our networking app, Whova, allows exhibitors to scan attendee QR codes on the app for free. This will only work, however, with attendee QR codes on the Whova app. It will NOT work with the QR codes on attendee badges. We recommend purchasing LeadCapture for a more seamless scanning experience.

Shipping packages after the event
Each shipment must have a completed LVE Outbound Material Handling Form in order to ship materials from the show. All pieces must be labeled individually. LVE Exhibitor Services will have these items on-site.
After materials are packed, labeled, and ready to be shipped, the completed LVE Outbound Material Handling Form must be turned in to LVE.
Please make arrangements with your designated carrier to pick up your shipment at the Colorado Convention Center. In the event your selected carrier fails to show, the shipment will be rerouted to the preferred carrier at the exhibitor's expense. You must notify your carrier of the date and times of pick up.
For your convenience, our event decorator, LVE, will be on site to handle outbound transportation. Please contact LVE for any questions.

Since 2015, Trellis has been pursuing the goal of generating as close to zero waste as possible, from set-up to close-down, for its events. We're continuing this challenge for Circularity. All stakeholders - Trellis, venue staff and exhibitors - will work together to send as little waste to the landfill as possible through procurement, planning, education, and sorting.
All exhibitors are required to review the Zero Waste Guidelines to ensure compliance with the event’s waste management policies.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the guidelines please reach out to jessica@trellis.net.
